Senior AssociateResponsibilities:
- Provide consultations to clients - foreign companies
- Participate in negotiations with the clients
- Represent clients' interests in court and in state or non-government organisations
- Provide monitoring of legislation
- Legal support of transactions (real estate, M & A, taxation, accession to the Russian market)
- Higher legal education
- Experience of work of 3-5 years
- Knowledge of English is welcome
- Knowledge of the Russian Tax and Civil Law
